A challenging combination of compound barbell movements and full-body circuit training. F2 beautifully balances intensity with moderate complexity and safety. 

When we are ready, we all love a challenging push.  F2 provides just that; difficult enough to get great results but without taking any unnecessary risks.  These full-body workouts combine the big barbell movements, plyometrics and circuit training to help maximize fat loss while developing strength and lean muscle.  

 

F2 is a great program that can serve anyone's training demands for a long time.  The majority of members that progress to F2 remain here and continue to achieve amazing results with consistency and proper nutrition.
