A powerlifting foundation with side orders of bodybuilding and athletic movement.  What good is muscle without function? Isn't strength better to have when it looks good, as well?  Xanthus takes this head on and skillfully balances the two. This program can also be scaled and adjusted to emphasize strength or mass; depending on the specific needs of the member.
