F3 is designed to challenge (or break) our most conditioned and advanced members.  A true physical and mental test for the elite.   

Really? Are you sure you want this?  If you can actually finish, these workouts are approximately 60 minutes of pure, non-stop madness. Each workout starts with a major compound barbell movement and is then followed by an insane string of super and giant sets with zero rest.  Don't come here looking for a good time.


A very small percentage of members will or need to advance to F3, but for those who enjoy suffering.... you're welcome.
